ABOUT PENNINE POTTERY

The Pennine Pottery is in converted stone farmbuildings off the A686 which runs from Haydon Bridge to Penrith. This drive was designated in the AA magazine as one of the ten most beautiful drives in the world (hyperbolically perhaps). We are surrounded by empty moorland 1500 feet up, in the North Pennines.

Shop opening times are 10.00-1.00; 2.00-4.00, closed Wednesdays, April-November. At other times of the year there is an outside chance that the shop might be closed. It would be safer to telephone us on +44 (0)1434 382157, in case we are away.
